Designated Responder Process

This document reminds us of important steps to follow in an investigation. The steps are informed by specific sections in the Adult Guardianship Act.

Be vigilant of protecting confidential information when sharing information about the situation and actions taken when it is not a team member, e.g. a GP in the community. Only communicate information necessary and sufficient to proceed with investigation.
