Screening tools

Screening tools can be used to establish a baseline in these areas of risk. Screening can be repeated later for comparison with the baseline to see if there has been any change.

The tools are to be used to inform but not to replace clinical judgment. They are not to be used as a diagnostic tool, a checklist for investigation, or to quantify the problems.
